Integration E2E Tests for WITSML Parser (GONRG-3411) - GCP

Currently WITSML parser doesn't have tests which invokes the workflow service to trigger the ingestion and validates it by fetching the ingested records through search service (or) storage service. This validates the airflow, workflow service and all related services are running with right set of configurations for WITSML parser.

Acceptance Criteria: Add new E2E tests which can validate the WITSML parser by triggering it through workflow service
