[Azure][Core] - Configuration & Logging Changes

This MR is introducing bunch of small changes

  • Making changes in AKS pod resource configuration and increasing replica counts

  • Introducing config classes for Rest Client and Host URL Settings

  • DEV and DEMO pipeline caching and changing maven build option to -pl

  • Increasing relevant logs wherever missing
