Transformer - Improve Cache Refresh

As a GCZ developer, I would like to improve the logic and performance of Ignite Cache refresh by implementing:

• Incremental updates on cache so that caches are not blown away then restored every time an update occurs

Context for querying OSDU search for updated records: #284 (comment 303146)

Acceptance Criteria

• Existing cron expression triggered updates now default to improved performance workflow
