Pipeline is failing due to build error for transformer module

Pipeline is failing for Transformer module as gcz-transformer-gc build is failing. It seems due to core-lib-gcp 0.21.0-SNAPSHOT is missing. Could you please resolve this issue so that we can successfully test the IBM deployment through pipeline.
