Transformer - Implement Horizon/Interpretation extent polygons ingestion
As a GCZ user, I want to implement ingestion of Horizon/Interpretation extent polygons data in GCZ, so that I can consume the data and display this on a map.
- Decide how it will be stored in Ignite

- Horizon/Interpretation extent polygons data stored in Ignite
- Revalidate multi-line string
