Data - Implement Well Tops/Picks/Marker ingestion

As a GCZ Developer, I want to implement the Well Tops/Picks/Marker ingestion workflow, so that I can process the data and store into Ignite.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Well Tops/Picks/Marker data processed and stored into Ignite #270 (closed)
