Data - Implement 3D Live Trace Ingestion Workflow

As a GCZ Developer, I want to implement the Seismic 3D Live Trace ingestion workflow, so that I can process the data and store into Ignite.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Seismic 3D Live Trace data processed and stored into Ignite

• Prerequisite: Data is not currently in IBM Preship database; - done Sprint 33
