Rename Strategy Layer as Strategic Layer (or Domain)

ArchiMate's Strategy Layer can be mapped to TOGAF's Conceptual Architecture abstraction Level and its Strategic Architecture granularity level. Strategic Business Architecture Layer (or Domain if we are replacing the word 'Layer') would be the correct complete label for this part of ArchiMate, or Strategic Layer for short.

A strong reason for suggesting this rename is my opinion that Course of Action (e.g. strategy) is out of place here, and should be moved to the Motivation Aspect (which I have raised in another Issue). The "strategic intent" is part of the context for the architecture which is being documented in this Layer.
