Request for allowing composition relation between Actor and Role

A well-known example from the standard (Example 23: Business Active Structure Elements) always contained a problematic relation for me: the actors Zainab, Prem etc. have a composition relation with the ArchiSurance Contact Center. From the semantics of the composition relation vs. the aggregation relation this should have been an aggregation (maybe these persons work for other units), and the composition relation should instead go from the ArchiSurance Contact Center to the roles (Travel Insurance Claim Analyst etc.), and then from these roles to the person-actors with an assignment. However the standard does not allow a composition from Actor to Role.
