Motivation: Place of a principle

For me the place of a principle is incorrect, it is not a way to realize an outcome as a ‘broader requirement’ it is much more structural than that. A principle steers your choices in outcomes just as goals do and they are also associated with drivers, you could even argue that a Principle is a specialization of a goal.
