Place of the realization relationship towards deliverable

We use a deliverable to document a whole project. However a plateau is not realized by one single project it is realized by the sum of all previous project, it would be better to have the realization relationship between gap and deliverable. A project will create new components, adapt components or discard components and maps much better on the description of a gap.
