Allow assignment between actor/role/collaboration and any other element to express responsibility or ownership.

The assignment relationship represents the allocation of responsibility, performance of behavior, storage, or execution.

Because it expresses also the responsibility, it should be allowed between Actor/Role/(Collaboration) and any other concept.
