Self realization should be extended to all Element types.

At the moment only certain Element types (Application Component; any others?) can 'self-realize'. This is useful for showing the relationship between logical and physical architectures, for example. But surely the same reasoning could be applied to any Element type - for example logical and physical Locations.

I propose therefore that, by default, any Element Type should be allowed to realize itself.
