Wellbore postman changes

This MR change following:

1. Moves the cleanup call to the bottom of the collection.

• Collection will be executed on an empty instance
• Collection initially create wells
• Finally, clean-up will be called to remove test resources

2. Some of the tests assertions were updated to reference the right id's.
