In Azure R3M24 pre-ship environment the Dataset API to get storage instructions for type FileCollection.Generic is not working.

Using the Postman Collection provided by Azure (https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/pre-shipping/-/blob/main/R3-M24/Azure-M24/Services/Smoke-tests/Azure_OSDU_Smoke_Tests.postman_collection.json?ref_type=heads) In that collection when requests from folder Dataset->FileCollection.Generic are executed, the request "03-C1 Flush File1 by SignedURL" fails with the message 400 Bad Request
