CSV Parser failure - R3M7 IBM- Custom Schema - Airflow DAG error

Running a practice test on M7 csv custom schema prior to M8 testing program, an issue was encountered when “triggering the Workflow” step 09 was actioned. This successfully triggered and created a runid however on checking the Airflow DAG logs the process failed with the following error:
