AZURE M18 - TNO data appears to be deleted

It appears that a large amount of the TNO data has been deleted from the Azure Pre-Shipping environment. Would it be possible to re-ingest the TNO data?

The master-data--Wellbore and work-product-component--WellboreMarkerSet counts are lower than expected.
