GCP M16 TNO and VOLVE datasets are not loaded

The GCP M16 pre shipping environment does not have the TNO and VOLVE open test data= loaded. The open test datasets are a collection of

• well (master-data--Well)
• wellbore (master-data--Wellbore)
• log (work-product-component--WellLog)
• trajectory (work-product-component--WellboreTrajectory)
• marker (work-product-component--WellboreMarkerSet)
• fault (work-product-component--FaultSystem)
• seismic horizon (work-product-component--SeismicHorizon)
• seismic (work-product-component--SeismicTraceData)
