Pre Shipping M16 -AWS, AZURE- Unable to use wbdutil to ingest las file

When attempting to ingest a las file using wbdutil, I got the following error:

Begining ingest of LAS file: 1013_test11_1978_comp.las
Ingest failed: 1013_test11_1978_comp.las (see summary for details)
SUMMARY - files not ingested:
     1013_test11_1978_comp.las ('2.0')
