IBM M15 Well Delivery Validation failure for UC2-Data1: entity_create activityplan test case

The "UC2-Data1: entity_create activityplan" test case returns a nonvalid response in postman collection: https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/pre-shipping/-/blob/main/R3-M15/IBM-M15/DDMS%20Well-Delivery/IBM_ODI_R3_Well_Delivery.postman_collection.json.

I do not think this is an issue with IBM Pre shipping instance, just the postman collection.

After the "UC2-Data1: entity_create activityplan", the following error can be found in the response:
