IBM - M14 - Sdutil problem with legal tags

Hi,

I am trying to create a new subproject in sdutil, but it keeps getting errors with Legal-Tags

When I try to use an older Legal-tag (still available in the Environment), I got this error:

When I try to generate a new Legal-tag, the error changes to:

I am using the same config.yaml file as M13 and the authentication part was fine.
