Resolve "OSDU-DD-Delivery-M21 (v0.24.0)"
Resources to bootstrap M21 v0.24.0 schemas provided by OSDU Data Definitions.
Now with incremental load_sequences for each milestone (example M21). The conventional load_sequence.1.0.0 is delivered updated as usual.
