Schema service whitesource issue

There are vulnerabilities exist in schema service. I have fixed vulnerabilities relevant libraries. I have skipped upgrading libraries which needs Java 17+. Right now pipeline is failing at gc-deploy and gc-baremetal-deploy. We need to fix these vulnerabilities.
