Provide documentation about single point transformation
From the home page, we see mention of this -

Can you please provide more documentation of what should be in the Body? Such as input lat/long or X/Y, CRS and target output CRS, also potentially transform. Also example of input, output CRS so that we know what is the expectation. Can one specify values in EPSG code?
