Content guide

  • Wikis are held separately from the main repository
  • Can be edited by anybody with developer privileges
  • Do not require any kind of formal approval rules
  • They are best for storing information that is not tied to any specific commit of the project repository
  • Items like setup tips, good workflow patterns, information about server setups, etc. are good things to have in the wiki
