Partition Service - New API to list all tenants

Context & Scope

Partition service will provide a new API :

  • List all partitions Id (GET)

Use case

Legal service CRON (legalTag status change) and Schema service requires list of all partitions.

Consequences

Client lib for Partition service will be updated to support this new API.
