No logging entries found on application insight for Spring6 upgraded services

We are seeing issue with multiple Core services on M23 pullback. After deploying M23 updates logs are not getting published in ApplicationInsight. This is blocking issue for M23 pullback & deployment.

All such services with logging issues have one thing in common, they all are upgraded to Spring 6 in M23 (related epic). Services which are not upgraded don't have any logging issues.

It's an blocking issue, without fixing this issue M23 cannot be deployed.
