extensionProperties should be searcheable (again)
From my perspective, it is critical that the properties inside "ExtensionProperties" can be searched.
This block allows users/companies to add additional properties which are not part of the standardised section of the schema. To be useful, records should be found when searching for values from these extensionProperties.
Another use example : OSDU Data Quality Rule/RuleSet schemas have no reference to the data type/schema they apply to. So to make use of the Data Quality data types, we would need to add the kind a rule refers to within extensionProperties. And to retrieve the rules for a given data type, you would need to search for that data type within the quality records.
