Make sure that the indexer-queue for azure forwards the ancestry_kinds...

It is one of MRs for ADR: Configurable Index Extensions and De-Normalizations. It make sure that the indexer-queue for azure forwards the ancestry_kinds attribute to the indexer service to prevent infinite loop of the re-index.
