API Documentation missing indication that file is moved from staging area to persistent area
In reviewing the OpenAPI Spec for File Service, members of the meeting noticed that the OpenAPI Spec documentation for the /v1/files/metadata does not mention that the endpoint moves the file from a staging area to a persistent area. The request is as follows:
- Update the OpenAPI Spec documentation linked above to mention the file is moved from a staging area to a persistent area
- The code that performs that operation within the above endpoint is found here
