## What is the current behavior?
-------------------------------------
Currently there is no default Merge Request Template and it would be helpful to have some type of standard started on what information should be included in a Merge Request to better assist and help the committers evaluate.
The default template here is a starter and fully open to enhancements now or over time.
## What is the new behavior?
-------------------------------------
Include a default Merge Template to the repository.
## Does this introduce a breaking change?
-------------------------------------
- [NO]
## Other information
-------------------------------------
The default template here is a starter and fully open to enhancements now or over time. The starter was taken from the original DevOps System being used previously.M1 - Release 0.1Daniel SchollDaniel Schollhttps://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/security-and-compliance/legal/-/merge_requests/2Documentation2023-08-18T12:18:46ZStephen Whitley (Invited Expert)DocumentationAdd OpenAPI (Swagger) document as well as tutorialAdd OpenAPI (Swagger) document as well as tutorialRelease 2.0https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/security-and-compliance/legal/-/merge_requests/530Provide query capability in legal tags2024-03-28T12:11:35ZShane HutchinsProvide query capability in legal tags* New API in legal tag services to support search.
