Futureproofing: Cryptographic agility

This is not an R3 issue.

ExxonMobil has raised the concern of quantum cryptography. For the future we need to make sure that the OSDU Data Platform can shift to quantum-safe encryption mechanisms when those mechanisms exist.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
