[M8 retro] Smoke Test collection

Request compact collection, compatible with provided Environment JSON file.

Small set of requests for each Core Service.

The idea is for Preship tester to make use of this for quick sanity check of deployed environment.

Experienced testers may be able to handle adjustment of environment variables, ACL, Legal tag - albeit with some effort.

But the process becomes inefficient and becomes difficult for new Testers.

Getting collection from "Platform validation" site is not an easy option because that often requires adjustment of environment variables.
