Working with a large release date
Having a big bang release date adds risk and creates many issues. R2 date was postponed many times raising expectations from our clients and increasing the level of skepticism that we'd deliver something meaningful to our clients. We should avoid at all costs having big bang releases and focus on CI/CD.
