Ingestion-workflow

ingestion-workflow GET /api/workflow/v1/workflow/name/workflowRun without any runs returns okay.

For example:

However if you add params to the request. For example limit {'limit': 10} then /api/workflow/v1/workflow/admincli_test/workflowRun returns a 500

Could only reproduce this on GCP. AWS and Azure not impacted.
