Azure - IBM Reservoir DDMS collection does not work

Hello, the collection to test Reservoir DDMS provided on GitLab (attached here) is not working: https://community.opengroup.org/osdu/platform/pre-shipping/-/tree/main/R3-M15/QA_Artifacts_M15/envFilesAndCollections and in fact the extension name is “_NotRun”.

I am testing both Azure and IBM. Regards, Stefania
