GCP R3M9 - Seismic DDMS sdutil - cp or ls command fails "not authorized"

Wrong Command: sd://DCtest01Dec is not a valid seismic store dataset path.
               The seismic store dataset path should match one of the standard forms:
               Tenant: sd://<tenant_nane>.
               Subproject: sd://<tenant_nane>/<subproject_name>.
               Dataset: sd://<tenant_nane>/<subproject_name>/<path>/<dataset_name>.
               For more information type "python sdutil stat" to open the command help menu.
