M14 Issue on Load save catalog async storage - AWS

As discovered during M14 preshipping testing, the implementation of MR !613 (merged) appears to be incompatible with AWS s3 as highlighted here osdu/platform/pre-shipping#383 (comment 162769).

The workaround for M14 is to temporarily revert the implementation. However, this MR is critical for addressing performance issues in Wellbore DDMS.

A long-term solution is needed to address the root cause.
