Issue in Build of seismic-store-cpp-lib
We are trying to get it compiled and installed in local on a windows 10 64bit system. We tried with Visual Studio 2017 along with MFC and ATL optional sub-components, as per instructions in readme file. Also installed vcpkg with other mentioned components.
When we were opening src folder in VS 2017, on CMake -> Build All, it was giving:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\Common7\IDE\ninja : error : 'C:/IBM/OSDU/gitlab/seismic-dms/seismic-store-cpp-lib2/src/ext/wincurl/7.60.0/libcurl-vc15-x64-debug-dll-ipv6-sspi-winssl/lib/libcurl_debug.lib', needed by 'sdapi.dll', missing and no known rule to make it
Done executing task "Exec" -- FAILED.
Done building target "RunExternalTool" in project "CMakeLists.txt" -- FAILED.
Build failed.
To resolve it, we downloaded the source of libcurl and build it separately. And copied the required dll in expected path. After that, now we are getting:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2017\Community\Common7\IDE\ninja : error : 'crc32c/lib/crc32c.lib', needed by 'sdapi.dll', missing and no known rule to make it
Done executing task "Exec" -- FAILED.
Done building target "RunExternalTool" in project "CMakeLists.txt" -- FAILED.
We were expecting VS2017 to download and configure whatever is required without any hastle. Not sure if there is any issue with Build process or environment.
