Update SDMS in azure/m10-master with M8 Changes

Elizabeth Halper requested to merge Azure/OSDU-Seismic-DDMS-M8-Copy into azure/m10-master

Before we upgrade our changes to M10, we need to merge the M8 changes into azure/m10-master. This PR addresses that concern.
