[GCP] 503 Error upstream connect error or disconnect/reset before headers. reset reason: connection failure

I attempt to send a request to the latest version of Seismic deployed in GKE, then I get 503 ERROR. Also, my requests don't show up in the logs of SSDMS. It seems that they simply can't reach SSDMS.
