- The DMS backend is updated and reviwed. It builds on Centos 7 and Windows, but is still missing the reuiqred roundtrip test because of missing service. (New drop of Sesmic DMS will come within a couple of weeks).
- Work for installable examples and improvments for binary distribution has begun.

- Upgrade Azure to 7.5 (this broke the CentOS 7 build)
- Trying to fix some fallthrough things on gcc. Problem becomes apparent when using ccache, since comments might be removed.
