Crash with IOManagerAWS

To work with AWS SDK need to call InitAPI/ShutdownAPI: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/sdk-for-cpp/v1/developer-guide/basic-use.html This what you do in IOManagerAWS. But, this mean that we can not use AWS SDK in same process. Similar problem described in: https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-cpp/issues/456

Maybe, you can provide flag in AWSOpenOptions, to skip your call InitAPI/ShutdownAPI ?
