setup.py need update to make it work with VS2019, plus some other suggestions
- Windows build process require git to be installed. Please specify this in the build requirement.
- setup.py does not detect Visual Studio 2019, and instead ask for Visual Studio 2017. I don't know how to fix this. Most likely related to some kind of ninja build configuration.
- Desktop C++ component of Visual Studio 2019 is required (in Visual Studio Installer), along with Cmake integration (should be chosen by default in the installer). This seems obvious to developers, but for some newbies, it might be important.
- Would you ever consider building python wheel and bundle all the pre-built results with each release, instead of just uploading source code?
