Add command-line argument to set margin when importing data. Default to 128 bricksize with 4 margin if using Wavelet compression.

Eliminating the need to have different arguments when accessing files.
For example if a SEGYImport format file is locally or remote, the
argument coud be C:\some\folder\format.json or
s3://bucket/subfolder/format.json. Now both will be read using the
--header-format argument.

Rename SEG-Y types and determine SEG-Y type from the given primary key. Added some commonly used aliases for EnergySourcePointNumber and EnsembleNumber. Update documentation for SEGYImport.
