Allow chunk metadata page size to be specified when creating a VolumeDataPageAccessor with AccessMode::Create.

Add start time (or depth if in depth domain) to SEGY file info and command line options to override it to SEGYImport.

Remove DataStoreDimensionality and reintroduce Dimensionality enum defined inside the DataBlock class scope. Use constexpr instead of enum for local definitions of DataBlockDimensionality_Max in VolumeSampler and VolumeIndexer.

Remove Dimensionality enum and instead have a static constant int Dimensionality_Max. Make sure this constant is exposed in the Python API. Change the Java API to have this constant as a static member in the VolumeDataLayout and VolumeDataAccessManager classes.
