Rename ZGY/VDS ingestor DAGs

DAG names are currently in segy-to-[vds|zgy]-conversion-xxxxxx format.

They should be renamed to segy-to-vds-conversion segy-to-zgy-conversion

Impact no way for a user to identify which segy-to-vds or segy-to-zgy DAG to use.
