Addition of Meta 'block' abstract reference to all content schema
To accommodate the removal of Unit of Measure properties within each analysis object, we are adding Meta array objects to all content schema within RAFSDDMS.
These objects are based off of AbstractMetaItem similar to those found in work product components (WPC).
