Switch to OSDU published SamplesAnalysis schema in v2

Scope

Existing custom SamplesAnalysis WPC schema should be substituted with the one approved and published on forum

Acceptance Criteria

  1. The SamplesAnalyis WPC schema is registered and used in CRUD API endpoints of v2
  2. The logic covered by tests
  3. New schema is used in POSTMAN Collection
