[BUG] "AgentPoolK8sVersionNotSupported" Error in Service Resource Deployment

AKS version in Service Resource Deployment Terraform Script ("infra\templates\osdu-r3-mvp\service_resources\terraform.tfvars") needs to be updated from "1.24.0" to "1.24.3" to fix the "AgentPoolK8sVersionNotSupported" error during greenfield deployment.
